If the plan was to add an officially rejected single unit prototype as salvation for the German TT, which is optimized to fight some dudes with RPG launchers, while there is no anti-tank infantry ingame… Well…then the plan was a bad one :)

Friend, I’ve been talking about the double standard for 1 hour. It feels like they abuse the double standard.
The problem is not where the vehicle goes, the problem originates when you justify that fact (adding a vehicle to a TT) with certain arguments and then add vehicles to other nations, forgetting your own arguments or inventing others as it suits you.
Gaijin adds all kind of low tier australian and canadian planes and event tree to the Uk tree: Commonwealth for UK
Gaijin adds the C2A1 to the German tree: UK not a commonwealth tree.
Gaijin adds more canadian/australian ships and a ww2 australian battle pass vehicle: Commonwealth for UK
Gaijin adds the M1A1 AIM to thr US tree: UK not a commonwealth tree.
Gaijin adds Indian vehicles to the UK tree: Commonwealth for the UK.

For WW2 and early post war years the Commonwealth thing makes alot sense imho. But no for modern tech.

If they wanted Germany to have a different MBT, they would have chosen to do that
so not adding a toptier mbt for germany for straight 3 years was planned and intentional.

Thats the main plan, I guess. They probably have a whole department which is planning which German stuff won’t be added :) Since there is only one Leopard 2PSO existing as prototype somewhere, they just oversaw it and now it happened: It got announced^^ But they already working hard to limit the damage, by making it as less useful as possible :D
Exactly, they have made it very clear that additions will come when they decide they will

ok there mate, i just want you to remember that smin was the guy who denied with tooth and nail, that the F-14 would not come with update Danger Zone… even minutes before the teaser.
The devs do what they want and Smin and the other CMs are the poor guys who get all the flag.
