my point is: After WW2, the German TT consists almost entirely of funny and curious prototypes! And due to the bugs, the relevant real vehicles are not playable enough to make the game fun to play
and thats it
the list is so long that I’ll instead give you a list of what in zhe german (ground) tree isn’t unique and interesting

- T-72
- SK105
- M47 (Premium)
- Kpz70
Its an 10.0 IVF without ATGM, also no anti air functionality like the 2S38. Hardly interesting. Lynx on the other had is interesting. It has Eurospikes and a hardkill APS. Both very nice features.Spike are no bad vs. helis, btw.
Puma has Mells (which are Eurospike)
Australia is not in the game. Gaijin said that since Australia is not in the game, Abrams will go to the North American TT because it is North American technology. Denying that I can go to the UK.
Then they add T-90 brishma, and since India is not in the game, if gaijin didn’t have double standards, that vehicle would have to go to the Soviet TT, where it belongs. It is Soviet technology and not British. The only link between UK and India is 100 years of British Raj.
I just checked it. It has no ATGM in my WT client.
I get it for prototypes that never saw service, it’s the only way to have them in the game, but the KF-41 IRL is a vehicle unique to Hungary and given that their tree is so small it just seems cruel to take that away from them to fill a hole in the German tree that doesn’t exist.
But Australia did not produce it.Since US also used M1 AIM,USA tech tree was the only logical place to add it.

Hungary is also not ingame. Gajin just said all the cool stuff goes to italy. And thats what it is. Its now an italian Lynx. This whole Hungary story is just an excuse for not giving something modern to Germany.
Soon italian Tiger, italian Panther, Italian Leopard 2A7HU etc.

honestly I don’t think they look at the vehicle and then choose the tree they add it to
to me it seems far more likely that they went US needs a better Premium tank, who’s M1 can we take? and chose the australian one

As I already said, if there are multiple reasonable places for a vehicle to go then someone is going to get left out.

Oh they would happily trade half the German tech tree just for the Lynx from what I’ve seen of them.

Also, they would have put the North American Abrams AIM and not the Australian one. It’s strange, because sometimes they justify a vehicle by its nationality and other times that nationality doesn’t seem to matter.
I will give you an example:
Why do you add a British Hunter to the German TT? and then they respond, “it’s not a British hunter, it’s a Swiss hunter.”
Then he applies the same technique to the issue of abrams, and it turns out that it is no longer an Australian abrams, but a North American one.
Then, finally, we have Soviet-made T-90s, modernized in India with Russian assistance, in the British TT.
Yes,those are made in India.
