Dev servers get updated multiple times. Yet apparently its not open (yet) atm.
We are working on a new Japanese SPAA, however there are come complications that come with it
Maybe I am reading too much into it, but this sounds like some sort of new system.
If it were just another radar SPAA what complications could arise?
Or maybe a sub tree that they aren’t releasing yet that will fill the hole

If you want to be really technical it could launch AIM-9s.
Due to either START or SALT treaty the US and USSR had a limit on nuclear capable bombers. Since the F-117 was top secret they didn’t want to be forced to have the USSR inspect the new toys. Since the treaty said nothing about fighters, the F-117 was modified and trialed with an AIM-9 that did launch, but caused some lower fuselage damage. That however allowed it to be called a fighter and thus fall into the pervue of the treaty.
So I guess the fuselage takes some damage every time you fire it? Lol
