Ok so testing the F16C aced crew and spaded and it is literally nothing more than a MLU with slightly better thrust. Same exact radar and modes and same boring performing missiles.
The jet in current state is nothing compared to the SMT mig29.
The F16 has HMD now? So does the competition for months and their capability is even better. The Mig29 SMT has the radar HMD as well as the ability to slave IR seeker without radar support.
the F16 cannot
The J8F can do both and is actually better than both aircraft. it can set its HMD at any radar range up to 140km. Nothing is special about the F16C over its competition.

Additionally it does not matter. The mig29 is currently scheduled to receive R27ET and R73s there is no additional missile capability for the F16 at this time.
The Mig29 SMT does not have a place holder radar. it has the upgrades modelled in already.

how long can we get aim120/r77/mica/pl12? now we have bigger map and better radar,but (except F-14) still play short range missiles and even use guns and dogfight,i hope we can have them in the end of 2023
