because its a german vehicle made by a german company so it can be bought by hungary yet 2S38 was made by a russian company that could be bought by russia even tho they havent bought it

judging by the puma being at 10.0 by looking in the video the PUMA hasnt even gotten a single thing so far not even spike missiles, this update has been really REALLY bad so far only hungarian sub tech tree its the only good i’ve seen so far

I’m not sure about German companies, but all Russian defense companies are owned 100% by the Russian government. So it’s more like the Russian government has a few 2S38’s, but hasn’t ordered any for production.

Because you can not compare the usage of Tiger I/II, Panther etc. to what F-15 etc. did during Desert Storm. It is not that simple.
The speed of technological developement during the cold war and it’s effect on equipment is sth. entirely different to WW2.
