Yeah. The Russian dev-stream usually shows Ru, Ge and US related stuff only. While test driving Russian vehicles and only showing Ge and US stuff.

Though it’s interesting they are starting at the same time this update as they usually start the English one 1-5 Hours after not half an hour the Russian stars theirs
