Because we are likely not getting rank VIII ground this update. And I would assume also not in the november update. So that would leave the RP and SL reductions coming somewhere in 2024.
To add on to this, we already have missiles that are way worse than the Falcon in-game (see the MiG-21 premium). But alas, they’ve insisted in the past that the Falcon is simply too bad for the game and will not be added.
