Sons of Attila - Rumor Round-Up and Discussion (Part 1)

Automated vehicles aren’t coming to WT under current conditions.

Well it seems like Gaijin flip flops and where it want so who knows.

But it’s funny how my speculations are not rumours and yours are.

Gaijin doesn’t flip-flop. And this isn’t speculation for all of WT including years into the future.
This is next major update.
And unless they fit in two major features into two back to back updates, new nation, let alone one with no hints of coming, ain’t happening.
We have Canadian decals & camos, doesn’t mean we’re getting a Canadian tech tree.

Of course I didn’t mean the government lmao. I am talking about the community, if it ever exists.

Yeah that makes zero sense. Israel would be a minority on their own tree.

I would like to know those vehicles. Me and my friends are also preparing an “Israeli Tree Expanded”, and it can’t get really large without including really absurd war machines.

No, Israel would have more vehicles than Turkey. Total vehicles Israel made exceeds. Including Recon, IFV, SPAA, artillery, and further expansion of MBTs.

Can you give me a list of those vehicles and the total number of vehicles on the Israeli tree after the “expansion”?

Gaijin can limit it to either only 8 or give it the full 16, otherwise gaijin could just add an AH-1 with Spikes (Can only carry 4 of them) at 11.0

Gaijin doesn’t limit amount on tech tree vehicles, as the only vehicle EVER limited on amount of something is the premium A-10.

Rank 5 premiums, Nukes and of course the Israeli tech tree.
Gaijin said no too all of these then they added then seems quiet flip flop to me.

Rank 5 was never dismissed.
Nukes was never dismissed as a kill streak reward.
Israel was never dismissed.
Gaijin never said no to any of these.
Rank 5 premiums was never dismissed so there’s no real statement they made to be confused by.
“Not on available aircraft.”
“Not relevant to this major update.”

This conversation is just as silly as getting into the minutia of missile performance.

M8 your giving me brain damage now. Your trying to flame war bait then you done it.

No, I’m just being direct and being as accurate as my memory will allow me.
I’m no one’s enemy, I just want more machines.

sir, there is no rule that says we are not allowed to talk about missile, soo… pls dont interrupt our missile discussion. thank you very much!

Is there any possibility that rumor about early event vehicle devblog for summer craft event gaijin might drop early next month ?

A new variant of the B7A, neat stuff. Hopefully I’ll have more luck on the upcoming season of the BP than I did in the current one - getting into playing the Pacific Campaign really hurt my ability to complete it. Though I wouldn’t call that time wasted, it 's quite fun.

A shame it was removed from sale.

Abt the vehicle, I recall we knew there was a possibility of a new version of the Aichi B for some time - a weapon has been sat in the files which is historically associated w/ it, " 20 mm Type 99 Mk. 2 Model 3 " ( https://www.reddit.com/r/Warthunder/comments/lj0ows/currently_unused_vehicles_loadouts_and_weaponry/ ). Though it remains until the vehicle is actually in the files to see if it 's the one which will be using it, or if that 's something to wait longer for ( B7A2(late) hype, anyone ? ).

Abt the BP season, the one following it this autumn is, according to the roadmap, the one which will introduce the ability to complete battle tasks in Air SBEC and Ground SB. Due to the now normalized length of the seasons, we’ll likely see a repeat of " Smell of Victory/Fire and Ice " where BP announcements will be tied into the theme of the update; the upcoming season will end at approx. the same time as the usual drop of the fall major.

Ah, it 's my mistake then. Nothing new abt the A-4M, though I still had a chance to bring up the 2.7.0.55 leak in relation to @Bonrath 's question - plenty of unused variant vehicles have been seen which might appear in the upcoming expansion of vehicle foldering, though we’ll have to see what and how that actually comes abt. Like the Pz.38 n.A. recently added, which we had seen there: will it be foldered and possibly lose it 's Rank 2 position ( and scouting )? Or will the progression through turreted Pz.38 's forever be broken across multiple req. researches ? We don’t know, and have no way of knowing now. It 's just something to be on the lookout for later.

I’m not so sure the current pattern of content deployment for missile ships can be described as " rushing ": while the indications that they’re in the plans have been around abt as long as the naval mode itself has( Albatros (143) 's Exocets ):

and continued to the most recent update( Strela-2M and naval launcher in the DE section of the CDK ):

the actual addition of the vehicles and loadouts incl. them for existing vehicles which employ this type of weapon has been protracted. While more of them could appear in the next major that 's been the case for many major 's past, most of them not seeing any added.

We’re certainly going to see more naval missiles, the groundwork for them has long been laid. When something is actually going to be built on those foundations is unclear, unpredictable. All we can say for sure is that this should’ve been a regularly-appearing loading screen

Yes I probably should of used better wording. More like it’s possible we might see bravy equivalents next patch but who knows.

Glad to see news on PSO! Hopefully it will be an event vehicle and Germany’s next vehicle will be an actually significant upgrade.

It would be very sad if Germany’s next researchable Top Tier MBT was a Leopard 2A5 with 8+ tons of mine protection and anti-RPG armor side skirts that would do nothing against APFSDS and still Gen 1 thermals.
