Iirc someone from Gaijin (I think it was Smin, but could be wrong) said that Norwegian vehicles would be used for premium vehicles for Sweden for now. Which adds up.
That vehicle was added 6 years before the Swedish tree, it’s like how theres a premium Israeli Vautour in the french tree
