the F16 that we see in the Japanse techtree is indeed a paper offer , the design that was made for Japan was based of the F16 prototype

İf trial is more then enough then we should add F-18 and F-15 to French tree.
Also trial helicopters on swedish tree and trial T80U was a mistake, but you cant simply make another mistake in order to fix other one.
We haven’t lost the argument though, or are you tossing your toys out the pram, taking a dump on the chessboard, knocking over the pieces and declaring you won?

A fun fact on why Germany went with the F-4F despite being offered the F-15, F-16, and F-20, its because the Bundeswehr was penny pinching, wanting something that was seen as reliable (this was just after the F-15 and F-16 got into early production), and where majorly relying on US forces stationed in their country for air cover as well
zuddy, you may take a look at the Swedish Helicopter tree, every vehicle in that was ever only trialed/evaluated
why cant we apply the same logic to the F-20 wich germany (and turkey) trialed?

We’ve been discussing the F-20 for about 10 minutes, it has even less of a case than the F-15, at least the F-15 entered production… and it’s a bit rich for you of all people to critisise anyone for going off topic…
the F15 in frech airforce colors werent a F15 that was trialed, that was a F15 painted in that camo for the visit of a french diplomat in the states (in case you mean that f15)
