Well the case for Germany is that there is nothing between the eventual F-4F ICE and EF-2000, the F-15 would fit in that gap pretty perfectly, accepting that like with he MiG-29 Germany would miss out on more advanced versions

I think I need to reiterate the core principle of “balance” in WT games
