A 2001 press release by Raytheon confirmed it could be mounted on AH-1Ws or AH-64(model not specified) using the LAU-117 rack. It is also used on the SH2 Sea Sprite.
So in theory yes, it could be added.

Additions to the game, even to nations you dont play should be celebrated, because it adds to the diversity of combat. The game feels more dynamic, less cookie cutter and more representative.
You should want people to be able to play every nation, with the same capability as the others, even USA, GER or your beloved USSR.
Every one of the nations should be able to counter the other. Not by overpowered aircraft or volume of vehicles, but by skill and playing to your airframes strengths and weaknesses.
