Damn, I’m even worse at planes than I am at tanks. Getting to the F15 would take me forever.

It’s also the only gen 3 aircraft Japan has.
I do find it weird that 3.5s are in rank 8, but no? 3.5 is in rank 7.
Aren’t the anti ship missiles in game now air-to-air missiles used for ship targets? Like the USS Douglas.
Anyways, I also hope for modern long range missile combat. Also with modern carriers and modern submarines added. Aircraft would fit in well intercepting cruise missiles and such. Alternatively there would be place for smaller “picket line” destroyers with Anti Air capabilities to intercept aircraft/missiles. Would be very interesting gameplay!
Having said that, I expect ww2 subs and carriers first though. Not a problem for me because I would love to fly Dauntlesses, Wildcats and Avengers off carriers in naval battles. Or early A6M’s, D3A’s and B5N’s.
Heck even a seaplane tender would be interesting!

I’m glad the F-16C is here as it’s the earlier one that Turkey used which again supports my idea that Turkey maybe coming in the October update
Modern missile combat is so boring. Can we at least finish off the Century Series first before more snooze inducing aircraft are introduced? The F-102 and F-106 would also introduce the AIM-4 which could be C&P’d as the AAM-2 for Japan to give its premium Phantom something to make it worth buying (since it is currently a huge waste of money).

In some ways yes at least from the looks of it rank 7 is where gen 3s and such go such as early Phantoms and rank 8 is where gen 4s and late gen 3s are being placed. It doesn’t make sense why we would get a whole new rank for another batch of early gen 4s such as a F-15A or even a early F-16C but i guess its possible.

I’d prefer us not get $90 premiums and even more restrictive rank unlock requirements.

Also seeing M1A2 SEP move from rank 7 to rank 10 would be weird.
Unless we got up to rank 10, we likely wouldn’t get $90 prems.
Rank 8 prems would be around $80 USD.
I’d be more concerned about what benefits Gaijin could actually include with the packs to make them worthwhile to buy.
Also, some nations very likely would end up not getting prems that high, unless they start getting sub trees or foreign aircraft as the prem.

MBT-2000 would get chinese flag.China exports MBT-2000. Pakistan doesnt use MBT-2000 they use their own version of it.Al khalid has quite a lot of differences. ERA configuration is different and they use their own ERA.Al Khalid even has DU rounds and it also has soft kill APS.Pakistan also exports their Al Khalid but they dont use MBT-2000 name.
MBT-2000 is only used by Bangladesh,Myanmar and maybe Morocco.

Rank 9 being gen 4s would mean rank 10 for gen 5s.
Either way, we just got rank 8, we don’t have enough gen 4s in game to warrant rank 9 with gen 5 or 4.5 in the case of Block 70 F-16. And gen 4.5 will be rank 8 for a while historically speaking.
If we go to rank9 i just wanna say that, nearly no one buy 85€ prems.
