BVM is still a better MBT
Best SPAA is easily Pantsir with its combination gun+missile, advanced TWS tracking, and 3rd gen thermals
Best Heli is still the Ka-52/Mi-28NM
Mig-27K is still excellent at top tier with 29Ts

just because pantsir bas some advanced tracking doesnt mean its good, most of the time youll be using the “on target” mode anyways because the autolead is so trash that one movement at 15km and the missile loses track

They’ve been behind schedule this year, but they’ve also been changing a lot so I can wait
For timeframe, my guess would be after the event is over, that’s how it’s been the last few times, so I guess for now keep chugging away at the event vehicles.
