I’m just hoping for more gen 3 aircraft at this point. It’ll bring a lot to variety and stop the mad rush towards the most modern jets which kinda ruins the meta and balance of the game

Now that we are talking about Mirage 2000’s, was there ever a D that could carry Fox 1 or Fox 3 missiles?
there is no variant of the “D” with a better engine and yes the 2000D RMV can carry MICA

Mirage 2000D RMV carry modern IR AAM MICA IR only
I guess dev might consider MICA IR 2024 or Q3 2025 with Dassault Rafale F2

you forget that we already have a variant of the mirage that can carry it (2000 5F) and they are preparing the terrain for fox 3 (what they mention in the J-8F devblog)

I don’t understand why the Mirages 2000 can’t have right now their true Magic 2 (50G all aspect) with 2 or 6 missiles, it depends of Gaijin it would be unrealistic anyway bc the Mirages 2000 carry MICA missiles which are way more powerful than the Magic 2
But once again, they will have their MICA missiles after Russian/American have an equivalent (and like months after them) so just why?
We don’t care if France is a minor nation and babies playing US/Russia cry about not being the most OP nation of the game.
IRL France is a OP nation in aircraft military so why it can’t be the same in a game supposed to be realistic? Why they can’t be the first to have the best missiles for example?
I don’t get why is it so difficult for Gaijin to just respect France tree (both aircraft and ground vehicles) and just put their damn real specs.
If the Mirage 2000 was a russian/american jet, it would have already 6 Magic 2 at 40G minimum (even 50 maybe)
All top jets have 6 40G all aspect missiles but France who got the ability to have great missiles earlier (50G all aspect missiles) are just not awarded and treated like pigs
