After the fall of France in the summer of 1940, 297 fell into German hands. Most were put into German service after they were rebuilt with a German radio and a new turret hatch. After the war, some wagons were used by the French defense for a short period, some of these wagons have survived and are now in a museum

IN NORWEGIAN USE
The first vehicles of this type arrived here in 1941 or 1942, here they were used both for training new armored forces and for securing airfields, especially in the southern part of the country. when peace came in May 1945, there were a good number of wagons left in Norway, it is possible that the British managed to destroy some of them, but most were taken over by the Norwegian Defense Forces, who used them for a period. today there is no one left of this type of wagon in Norway
