All skins are fuzzy except userskins:

The Eurofighter is only one example, I checked it on many other planes, all the same.
At first glance it looks like the skins aren’t properly loaded into memory or something like that. since the user skin loads fine it might have to do with the unpacking from compression since user skins aren’t compressed as far as i know.

Could be something like that. I tested more, and sometimes over time or if I switch planes the totally fuzzy one changed into the slightly fuzzy one.
