Its up to the player to safely secure their account. You can go to the gaijin store and check your login history to see where its comming from.
Enable 2FA and change all your passwords. Its likely your email might be compromised too.
Create a ticket with gaijin support to see if they can help you with changing your location, as long as you have the login history they might be able to help

Yeah file a support ticket, if they used cheats or did something else that could get you banned then having a preexisting support ticket for a compromised account is the best way to avoid getting banned (or getting unbanned), even if they can’t give back the SL you at least protect yourself from anything they may have done while playing your account.
Those SL will not come back.
But enable the 2 step verification in your account and ready yourself a ban appeal because im pretty sure if someone hacks your account, it will also use external software and get you banned.

and be careful, if you lose your account again, they WILL delete it.
Also once you download the “gaijin pass” (you will need for the 2-step verification) you can check from where did they log into your account.

I just checked before your message, It seems they entered the game from russia. IPs are different. I can’t see more than 3 days tho.
