All these would probably fit better in the yugoslav TT that’s been rumoured to be a thing for however long.
Serbia indeed has a lot to offer but I doubt that Gaijin is considering USSR to recieve an official sub-tech tree for whatever reason given that USSR is a entire bloc of nations under one flag. For USSR, I don’t think it’s needed, there are a lot of other things that can be added before resorting into sub-tech tree content given that most of their purpose is to fill gap, not brand nations.
It takes one to recognize the other.
