Yeah, preflaring will counter all of them. And i dont do sim or pro stuff so i dont know the meta there. I just know that in ground rb, i have had the most success with the aim9m.
Of course the skill level there is “not the best”
and theres nothing NATO jets could possibly get to balance it out.

9M is straight lethal in GRB and SB.

tbf its “not the best” anywhere, the 9M’s low smoke motor is always beneficial, but its more of a seal clubbing tool than “the best IR missile” yanno?
Isn’t Kh29L laser guided? So it doesn’t means you have to keep it on the target for the entire time?

KH-29Ls are laser guided and arent Fire and Forget. You are thinking of the KH-29T
