So its 7/13/2025 and the F-4S still doesn't have the proper HUD symbology

I made a thread and a support post about it when I purchased it months and months ago. Other people have posted about it. I’m pretty sure someone produced a technical document proving the later Phantoms have this HUD symbology. So are you guys ever going to fix it? When you lock up a target you should definitely see an indicator around the target you are locking. In Sim mode, this is crucial .

Yeah back during Storm Warning this was meant to be fixed with it mentioned that F-4 “Late Modifications” were getting the radar target lock box on their HUD but then they never did.

A radar tracked target marker has been added to several HUDs. If the target is outside the HUD viewing zone (Target Locator Line), the target marker will remain at the edge of the HUD viewing zones and blink, indicating the direction to the target. Indication has been added for the following aircraft (as well as aircraft using similar HUDs): Su-27, MiG-29, Yak-141, F-16, F-15, F-14, F-20, F-5, Su-34, Mirage 2000/4000/F1, Super Etendard, J-8F, F-4 late modifications, J35XS, JA37.

It was confirmed by Smin that:

They were marked on the list, so should have been part of it. Therefor if its not present, a new report can be made.

I made a bug report for this already but like the vast majority of bug reports regarding aircraft cockpits it has yet to be acknowledged. - F-4 “Late Modifications” missing radar target lock box

This issue was also said to have been fixed for the J35XS too and yet it wasn’t, also made a report for that too - J35XS missing radar target lock box
