MiG-19 has better missiles, better guns, and (afaik) also better FM.
MiG-12 has better missiles, better guns, and better FM.
All three are very commonly played aswell.
If the F-106 was moved to 9.7, it would be at the same BR as the T-2s with better FMs and leagues better missiles. Not to mention, T-2 gets rockets to use as flares.
There is absolutely no good reason for the F-106 to be raised.

The speed alone is good enough reason. All Mach 2 capable fighters should be at 9.7 minimum that includes the Mig-21s and F-104s. I have never lost a gun fight to a Mig-21, Mig-19 or F-100 in an my F-106. The Mig-21 can barely keep up because while its falling I can still turn. Missiles are debatable, Aim-9B, R-3 and Aim-9E are practically the same thing and all of them are only useful in very specific situations same as the Aim-4.
