I’ve been having the same problem. I have the correct setting re hangar download and it was never an issue before. It started happening only after the release of Sky Odyssey.
Could it be that your skins aren’t auto for that map? The skins are working fine for me.
No, that’s mainly what I use. I disable every other skin except market skins on some vehicles, and they don’t work sometimes.
I could be wrong, but I don’t think you understood what I meant. For example: if the skin you want to use is meant for desert environments, but it is a desert map with a town on it, it may be looking for urban skins even though it is in the desert. At the same time, it very well could be a bug.
On a tangent, though, I want Gaijin to add a better “auto” skin selection or even one that can be customized for specific maps.
When you set the skin to auto it will still tell you what you’re using when you press tab. This is how I know its bugged, when the game says I’m using a skin but my vehicle isn’t.
