Since Hornet's Sting the game continually freezes and it's still not fixed

Before the Hornet’s Sting update, the game was running fine. Since the update I’ve only been able complete 2 (two) games without it freezing in 2 months and I logged in almost every day.
Apart from the freezes, I’ve experienced crashes, stuttering, and graphic anomalies in every game, either one or all of those issues, continually for two months.
I’ve dutifully lodged reports - I thought this would help - and included the appropriate clog files, text files and screenshots. I’ve lodged 18 reports in total and only had a single reply from Gajiin staff. That reply suggested it was a connection problem and passed it on to technical support - that was over a month. It’s still not fixed and no indication when or if it’ll ever be fixed.
I wanted to buy a pack, but 7 days of Premium would be obviously entirely pointless if I can’t play the game.
The same thing happened 3 years ago with the Wind of Change update - the game continually had similar issues for months without a fix. I had just purchased a Premium Account for the first time which was money wasted and was never given any form of refund whatsoever. I ended up leaving the game for about 18 months - I suppose I have to do the same now.
Edit to the post:
Just prior to writing this post, I had played a game which kept freezing and I couldn’t post this because I wasn’t an “active player”. I’ve just played a game and I didn’t incur any issues at all.
3 games in 2 months - Whoopee!!

Not since Hornet’s Sting but one of the subsequent minor updates, I have a similar issue. Game runs normal for about 2 to 3 minutes…then plummets to nearly 15 FPS. Every few seconds it jumps back up to 100 FPS or so, then back to 20. System vitals, temps etc all perfectly fine. No unusual processes. It HAS to be a game issue… Only responses I’ve gotten so far are “did you update drivers” and “try lowering your settings”. Extremely frustrating as the game is basically unplayable. FPS in hangar and Test Flight is totally fine.
