I just want to know because Germany had not received a new battleship in some times for its last rank and only has the Bismarck and since Britain gets access to the hms lion at 8.7 dose that mean we will see 8.7 for Germany yes or no

Both classes were laid down? Lion and her sister Temeraire, aswell as Battleship H and her sister Battleship J were laid down.

Yes but Germany has just the Bismarck at 8.3 it suffers in top Tier Naval and the Scharnhorst or gneisenau for premium Players cant kompete in top Tier the Tirpitz and the h klass is needed. I mean Look at Britan top Tier there are many 8.0 and good 7.7 in Germany its just the gneisenau for Players how spent 80$
Yeah, the H39. The Lion was cancelled and scrapped before the war was even over. The H39 was simply delayed with full intent to be completed once the war finished.
Whether or not they were capable of being completed is irrelevant in terms of the criteria for being added.
H39 and Yamato hull 4 (iirc 114? I keep forgetting the actual number for sister 4, 5 was to be 798 but was never laid down) are both just as likely to appear at some point in warthunder as Temeraire or even Sovetsky Soyuz’s laid down sisters.

Watch them tease the tipritz and they but it as a primum of 90 dollers but it’s better then the Bismarck because more as and has torpedoes
Given how they handled Jean Bart, I wouldn’t put it past them.
They should not make it a primum because Germany only gets 1 battleship at that tier

Rubbish. German shipbuilding industry at the time was barely capable of getting Bismarck and her sister in the water.
Most historians (including German sources) agree that the Z-Plan was a full-on pre-war Nazi fantasy. Laying down a keel is almost inconsequential in terms of construction. Just look at how many ships are ‘laid down’ never to go anywhere near the water.
I know, let’s go the whole hog and have some LW 1946 UFOs. After all, they surely would have completed them after the war!

Because the war went south so damn hard due to stupid strategic choices. German industry was capable of building capital ships, as based by Graf Zeppelin and the Bismarcks.
As to whether it would have been completed even if the war didn’t go south, I can’t say. I can say Z-46 to 52 would have been fully completed though.
What does this have to do with laid down ships and Gaijin’s criteria to add ships, which had to be laid down and/or had components unique to them built? (Which is why USS Montana is in such a bizarre position as the guns that were built allegedly went to the Iowas and the Boilers were repurposed for carriers)
Z-Plan was cancelled in September 1939 and all projects associated with it scrubbed. This was well before the war ‘started going south.’
It was simply unfeasible from start to finish with Germany’s limited shipbuilding capacity. At least enough German decision makers at the time thought as much, hence why it was sacked off the moment war was declared.
For God’s sake, as if that would matter to implement a vessel in War Thunder, the fact that a ship or a class were laid down is the minimum requirement to be added to the game. More unique vehicles and H-class please! Despite people’s low interest in naval battles, this is the only branch of vehicles that consistenly is getting more unique vehicles than air vehicles and ground vehicles combined.
