Siam-Thailand Lineups For Japanese Tech Tree

Community Update No.7 is here! And it’s very interesting!

In the Community Update No.7, several tanks used by Thailand are also mentioned to come in the upcoming update, which are: Commando Stingray, M60A3 TTS, M163, and one more mysterious tank being “plotted”!

I would love for more Thai vehicles to come! Will this be all? Or will there be other as well? Stay tuned!

The duplet era should be significantly better than even relict. As it is tandem and composed of multipurpose era

Has Thailand received its AH-6i little birds?

No idea tbh, Boeing have stated they were test flying them in October of 2024 though.

Rumors say Thailand will receive them this year

A video posted today by the Royal Thai Air Force’s 23rd Wing. Should the Alpha Jet TH in the game have its rockets changed from FFAR to Hydra 70?

Which one is better?

The Hydra 70 has a slightly higher max speed; there’s no big functional difference, it would be for visual accuracy.

Then I’d say they should be switched.

It even comes with the digi camo used by Royal Thai Army during the exercise!

It’s Official! Historic Thai-Swedish Deal: Thailand to Acquire Gripen E/F Fighters

Air Chief Marshal Panpakdee Patanakun, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Air Force, signed a government-to-government (G2G) contract with Sweden’s FMV and Saab for the purchase of Gripen E/F fighter jets to strengthen national defense.

The agreements were signed with Mr. Mikael Granholm, Director General of FMV, and Mr. Micael Johansson, CEO of Saab, as well as Mr. Lars Tossman, Head of Business Area Aeronautics, Saab. Thai Foreign Minister Mr. Maris Sangiampong served as a witness to the signing at 12:20 PM at the Grand Hotel in Stockholm on 25th August 2025.

The procurement project, named “Peace Burapha”, will see the new fighter jets enter service in 2029, assigned to Wing 102, Air Force Base 1 in Nakhon Ratchasima, to secure Thailand’s eastern and northeastern borders.

So if gaijin ends up adding the gripen e to sweden they can add it to japan aswell

Unless we get any of the Thai Gripen Es made or at least confirmation about the exact configuration of it I don’t think we’ll see them at the same time. The Swedish one could be added any update now, while the Thai one still leaves some questions unanswered.
