I think the only justifiable thing to do is give us the 103D with thermal optics, the better shell and have that one be 9.3 BR.

I mean, the upgrades were tested in the mid nineties, for reference, we don’t have accurate information on the Leopard (2) or Abrams and they’ve been around fifteen years earlier in seventy-nine and eighty, and their documents aren’t released, and they also weren’t declassified.

Well, the Leo 2s and Abrams are still in service, with many features of the Leo 2s being the same or similar to what it was in the 90s. As for the Abrams, it may be almost entirely different today besides the look, but USA isn’t especially well known for letting any information slip until they are certain it can’t be used against them.
