Just play Britain if you want a Spitfire. This push to make every tree have every vehicle really needs to end. At this point we might as well just throw nations out the window and let everyone make their own line-ups with every vehicle in the game.

The Messerspit Germany had is a way better option since it combines the airframe of a Spitfire Mk.Vb with a DB 605A engine from a Bf 109G for unique performance and as an aircraft other than another copy-and-paste vehicle that really isn’t needed just because a nation managed to capture one or use it for lease. The enjoyability or reasons for playing other nations with their vehicles would also become pointless. An RAF captured Bf 109 would honestly be just as terrible as this idea.

Only via a skin, Germany really has no need for it and would be boring in a spitfire to face off against germans in spitfires. At that BR, national matchmaking occurs, so you actually get interesting assymetrical battles
Please no German Spit. Tired of all these special captured units among different nations.
And yes, its time now to include swasticas and similar markings. There’s no reason anymore to not include them. Other wargames have no issues including rising suns, swasticas, certain emblems, axis aces and commanders etc…
