Dont need to go for all aspect then you start to deal with more advanced rear aspect, like R-60 (and that it is without even mentioned ground battles)
It would be at most 11.3. It’s inferior to Su 39 in a lot of ways. It would be fine at 11.3.
Just wait for a future variant with R-73s & flares.
