Same to J-11B

Is that a real picture? Looks off

Currently no evidence of additional pylons compare to J-11B, but it’s wing tip pylons are newly compatible with PL-10 (PL-8 remains available).

You will understand it if you know the official publicity department once blurred the R-73 training model on Su-30MKK for ‘secret keeping’. Nobody knows why.

Yep, I have the full version of 9000*5624 pixel and 86.48MB size, it’s just lightened.

Thanks, the lighting and contrast just looked a bit odd zoomed right in

6 fox3s?

yes

lol, I thought the j11bg would be a real ferrari, but in reality it’s going to be more like a kawa z1000, still pretty good though

is it aesa or pesa?

J-11BG? AESA.

China kinda just skipped PESAs.

Any info, or is it another J-16 situation?

Nope.

China keeps all their stuff super secret.

Still pretty nice :)

Rumors said J-11BG uses retired version of J-16 radar whose air-to-ground capability is below PLA’s demand, but I’ve never seen the original source.
The only comfired info is that it’s a J-11B equipped with WS-10B3 PL-10 PL-15.
Since we’ve got 3 top-tier Chinese jet with same radar data, J-11BG maybe a J-16 with same thrust, 1.5 tons lighter, less drag but fewer missiles.

Do you think it would go in the J-11/J-15 line in the tree?
If it were to be added, that is

Does the J-11BG not have a twin launcher like the J-15T?

Without doubt, just like F-15C GE. But whether it will be placed directly after J-11B or after J-15T, idk.

J-15T doesnt have twin launcher either, lmao

its just something gaijin made up for balance
