Shenyang J-11, J-16, J-15, History, Performance & Discussion

All 120 got less drag, and the A/B ones also got a thrust buff, but burn time got cut by 0.3s.

as for pylons and missiles, this is a referance.

Good changes, now I hope for double PL-12’s and PL-12 fix

The double pylons on the J-15T should be removed and it should be lowered to 14.3

I kinda hope they dont add the made up double racks. I much prefer the almost realistic options we have now.

Id be very happy if it dropped in its current state.

I might start playing sino flankers again then

I’m definitely playing this one if it drops like this, like Clap mentioned.

Unlike the J-15 which was borderline unplayable.

The Su-27SM and Su-30SM received fake dual racks though, no reason why the J-16 shouldn’t

but the way the double pylons on the J-15T look is ugly

Because they’re not realistic.

And I tought the dual racks on Russian flankers were already proven to be real quite a while ago

SU-35 for reference

When China sells its Flankers overseas, you’d see the same racks too… but they don’t export them, and that’s also cause Russia.

Shenyang would faster sell the J-35 than the J-11/15/16

true😂

Btw, when this happens, will this be the first export order for Shenyang in the last…30 or 40 years?
I don’t know if they exported the J-7

they cant

due to the nature of how they made their own flankers

i actually can answer this, he mentioned it because the racks are essentially true, but only for SU35S and maybe SU30SM2, at the time when they came to the dev server people made bug reports because there are no photographic evidence and documents for SU30SM and 27SM, their manuals for armament don’t mention any dual rack for the underbelly, in typical gaijin fashion when they were questioned on this matter they said “we have sources that prove the matter”, guess their answer when they were asked to show them to the community…yeah…only a very misinterpreted picture who clearly wasn’t one…

there is no evidence that this fire control system is compatible with the twin R77 pylons unlike 35S that outright mention it
