You can submit this report to the technical admin. If it gets approved, have them forward it directly to the developers. The moderators in the issue section are completely clueless.

His reply seems to imply that in the game, the PL-12A will only increase weight, but not the total impulse of the missile.

That’s because first bug reporter only closed comments or something, added a tag and the second bug report manager was the one that actually commented.
Or the first bug report manager just deleted their comment so that only 2s shows up

The devs seem to believe this when it comes to the AIM-54C, so I am not surprised. They will likely hinder the PL-12A similarly.
