they literally give Mirage 2000 a 4 Magic Loadout based on a Training Photo of Mirage 2000, how can this not applied to the Chinese too lol

I agree with you

I don’t want all modern planes to end up with 20 Fox 3s with quadruple pylons :(
the maps are becoming too small for air rb T-T

It would be fine if we had other means to defeat radar guides missiles besides turning 90° and scrapping the hills while spamming shaff (and praying)

I don’t know if there is another method but running away from a missile is the most effective solution X)

What I would like is for it to give the real stats to the PL12 while the R77-1 is there, the PL12 is equivalent to the AIM120C (correct me if I’m wrong)

ECM should be implemented imo
Otherwise aircraft like J-15T (which relies on its ECM to survive as it only have 48x countermeasures)
will be very bad to play.

They do, it’s just the photos submitted haven’t been truthful/correct. The JH-7A got it’s KH-29 missiles with photo evidence.

If we can find a real photo of the J-11B caring Pl-12’s on the outer wing pylon, the inner wing pylon (pretty certain the B’s don’t have it, the J-11D’s would), or a close-up of the double pylon mounting like the J-10 uses so we could argue theoretically the J-11B can use the double pylon.

EDIT: digging around, it does not look like it can carry the double pylon. The double pylon is meant for the J-10’s shorter pylon mounting, it doesn’t even use the same mount to mount the Pl-12 that the J-11’s use.

Does anyone know what IRST the J-11B have and how strong it is? I heard it was upgraded.

Nah that isn’t the outer pylon. U can see that just slightly to the inside.

These aren’t fire but only carrying pylons, still 12 max I think.

Still though only 6x PL-12 when Su-30 gets 12x R-77-1 with similar performance now.

This isn’t a debate, gaijin has already set precedent that twin pylons can be mounted on planes that never had the capability.

That is the landing gear door, not?

Aren’t the only flankers that have access to 8 or more radar missiles in the chinese tt are the j16, j11d and the su35s? why would the j11b get 8 radar missiles?

J-15 as well
It’s just that 6x ARH is very underwhelming, especially when the lighter, single-engine J-10A can also carry 6x ARH.

Unless we receive the PL-12A and depending on the performance of the PL-8B post update release, I could either see the J-11B being a very good 14.0 or a 13.7 vehicle in disguise, I’m leaning to it actually being a 13.7 vehicle in disguise and needing more potent A2A ordinances for it to remain 14.0.

Give it the PL-12A and maybe update it to a newer Block with restricted weapons selection - we honestly should’ve been getting some J-16 in some Early configuration already by now, and especially when the Eurofighter is already present in the game, Gaijin and their pacing for certain nations is absolute a**.

Fun fact:
J-11B can supercruise at around mach 1.1 at 8000 meter altitude (though without armament)

I don’t think it’s supposed to do that but I’m just happy they’re working on the FM and engines

the J11B is the sukhoi which pulls the most G in turns at 812 kmh it pulls at 35.0°/s compared to the su30sm which has its maximum is at 34.4°/s at 892 kmh

It’s not surprising, statcard thrust is not the actual thrust, at high altitude WS-10A ingame produces 2 tons more thrust than AL-31F.
I also found out that it is slightly lighter than Su-27SM, so yes the J-11B is better than I originally thought.

Compare with Su-27SM?
