- radar type 1493 (currently copy paste of n001 of j11a)
- pl8b is currently copy paste of pl8
- same HMD as russian

They also need to update the model for the base PL-8, it’s currently using the PL-8B missile which is obviously incorrect.

Just to ask, can u not log in to dev with steam or is this my issue?
Wanted to ask, was the PL-17 ever tested or fired from the J-11B? I don’t remember it ever doing so, it’s pretty weird seeing the PL-17 in the files already and especially on the J-11B.
We’re only getting the J-11B Block 02 this update, not the Block 07 or any other later Block in fact so it’s pretty weird seeing the PL-17 and especially the PL-10 this early.
I mean hey, I’m not against abusing the PL-17 in Air RB even though it would be absolutely busted and likewise for the PL-10
The cockpit for the J-11B looks absolutely astonishing though, it should be a absolute joy ride in simulator for anyone who actually plays it (including myself).
They just add them for no reason, maybe for fun, later J-11B was able to use PL-10, but PL-17 is never seen on J-11B.
Only ever on inner pylon of J-16. The pylon which, J-11B lacks.
RAM Coating on J-11B is definitely not true.
It is used in small amount on J-16 but even then the RCS is still around 5 square meters, since the basic airframe is not a low RCS design.
Yes, there are literally photos of the J-11B mounting PL-12 on the outer pylons, the one closest to the wingtip
Ingame you can only use PL-8B there, J-11B should at least have 8+2 loadout

The issue is that gaijin doesn’t like to use photos for references of armament.

Unfortunately for CN vehicles information is very scarce to come by.
the photo was taken from this angle I too would like to have 8 PL12 but if you have a front photo it would be better

It’s literally regarding the visual model of the radar, you can clearly see the difference of the radar.
and it is indeed a J11B and not a BG?? and the J11B we have is post 2010 or after 2010?
we can even see the internal red paint of the landing gear hold
we really need a front photo of the J11B with this pylon in addition

These photos are very rare to come by, especially for J-11B
I dislike Gaijin giving ahistorical loadout for other fighters though, and J-11B is stuck with only 6x PL-12.
Even J-10A can carry 6x PL-12.
