Well fact is there is no proof of a Pl-12A existing, only if you go off chinese naming it exists and as shown above that isnt consistent.There has also been no missile spotted that visually fits the PL-12AE´s. Nothing against Smin btw.

but considering most photos we seen are the blue payload missile, which don’t have any details about the missile itself.

The only issue i have is that its named PL-12A instead of AE not the addition of it (funny that it isnt considering they use the Vis model of the AE with SD20A written on it)
because it is not the ae, ae has a modified seaker and booster which the ingame pl-12a doesnt right now
does the J15T out dogfight the SM2 on dev server has anyone flown both ?
It has a slight STR advantage over the SM2 but its hard to tell as TVC still can provide better nose authority - plus the lack of R-73 or PL-10 on the J-15T is also an issue in close up fights.
