Shenyang J-11, J-16, J-15, History, Performance & Discussion

Here is.

yeah, they look like L-150 allright. But gaijin probably never gonna move J-11A because of J-11B and MK2. Unless ofc they will bend over everything in a br bracket, but even then it’s not very likely (F-5C br placement cough cough).

Decompression is still needed before some other planes are added.

Decompression was needed since like F-14 addition… Gaijin had to introduce mixed matchmaking just because that thing was so opressive back in the days

Any confirmation of pl-12?

No. The confirmation includes the GJ-11 and potentially the H-20 (or other flying-wing aircraft likely to be unveiled soon).
The anniversary tribute film released by the PLAAF on its founding date featured extensive footage of the Su-30, which strongly reminds people of the commemorative videos produced in recent years for the J-7 and J-8 series right before their retirement.

wonder if the grind will put the r77 before r77-1

Depends on Gaijin.

does it get double pylon ? if no will it be 6 fox3 or 8 fox3

not in irl. but same for RU ones, they are just tested and capable

It’s 6, just like on the Su-30MK2.

so it will be a 13,7

You mean 13.3, su30mk2 is 13.3

su30mk2 dosent have r-77-1

Oh yeah true although imo it doesn’t make that much of a difference

The R-77-1 also has that little “bump” in front of the grid fins, but man it’s surreal seeing an R-73 on a PLAAF jet in 2025
