Shell marks dont show up for ultra low quality users how to activate?

Hi, i am a potato pc user, i play at ultra low quality (30 fps average), i am triying to activate shell marks but i didnt find any option even if i disabled old videocard support, mind helping :d ?

Depends on what you mean by “shell marks” , do you mean holes from artillery on ground or damage on tanks from enemy shells?

As a former ULQ user, they’re referring to the hit marks on tanks, they just aren’t there.

Then i don’t think you can unless you increase the texture quality.
