I am experiencing a serious performance issue after launching the game.
Already in the lobby I get constant FPS drops from around 160 FPS down to 20 FPS, happening repeatedly in a loop. This causes noticeable stuttering and short freezes.
About six months ago the game was working perfectly fine on the same system, and I was able to play smoothly on maximum graphics settings. Currently, the FPS drops occur even on the lowest possible graphics settings, which makes the issue even more confusing.
I have not made any major hardware changes since then, so I am not sure what could be causing this problem.
In the attachment I am providing:
- HWiNFO log recorded during the issue (packed as ZIP)
- Video recording showing how the FPS drops look in practice
I would appreciate any help or guidance on how to resolve this problem.

What device do you use? is it a laptop by any chance?

do you use any software for recording, if so which?
I have this issue on my PC, with a 3060 Ti, 32GB RAM and an 11th gen i7, this is more of a game issue it seems.
I also have the same issue. I was getting 140-160 fps in hangar but now it’s about 40 I can’t play the game.
ehhh, id recommend reinstalling the game, if that doesnt work, try making a partition on ur pc and installing a different windows on it and install war thunder on the parition to see if its still not working, if it still aint, might be hardware related issues, also make sure to update your window.
Can you check your update history and see if KB5074109 is installed, if yes, uninstall it, it causes issues with NVIDIA drivers.
I already did when i moved it to my other hard drive for storage management, same issue still though.
Have exactly the same issue right now, experimentally found out anticheat causing this stuttering, but i still don’t know how to fix this …
