I know this is the Xbox section, but I’m playing on PS5 and I too am experiencing the same troubles you’re dealing with…the “Internal error” and “Failed to load player profile” thing.

I was kind of hoping to get some more WT in before I crash.

It seems that I can stop the Internet accelerator to get in the game, but we Chinese players really need it to start a game, or the delay is unacceptable.
