I am very confused why these additional changes were added on. The original list already had very questionable changes like the IS-2 1944 increase, but these new changes are even more bad changes no one asked for.
The 75mm Jumbo was already ruined at 5.3. Some high pen tanks like the Panther being uptiered was the only hope the Jumbo had of being competitive again. It should be going back to 5.0, not up.
The KV-220 and Object 279 should not be going up. While these tanks are strong, they sit in a very precarious place where they will very quickly struggle when uptiered. Both are going to very quickly start facing guns that can pen them easily very often.
If the intention is to decompress, that would be good but it needs to be much more uniform to work. It will not work if only a few select tanks are “decompressed” and it’s not done up to high tiers.
TBH It seems like you are the one who couldn’t cope about the 279 being 8.7 because your US or German tanks couldn’t pen it because you don’t know how to aim. Everyone I’ve talked to who says the 279 is OP wont EVER look at other vehicles that should either be straight up removed or moved down to a BR where they would work fine because, “you literally don’t care about balance”. Which is horse shit.
To me it seems like people are just angry about the ONE tank that can challenge their US, German, UK early MBTs and refuse to learn how to penetrate it. They same thing is wrong with the Maus at 7.7. It should be 8.0 or higher but it CAN’T be because of its lack of modern shells/features, in the case of the 279 its the lack of composite armor,
I might have overstated it. iii Much better where its used aggressively and doesn’t see any heavy tank/t-34 where normal rounds dont cut it or when you dont get artyd. I feel like both should be lowered since iii lack that gun power for their br even if it make ups in other ways and is more like medium than a 3.3 or 3.0 td. and yes im aware iv turret traverse is M10 levels and M10 is way better td just due to gun power that outclasses iv in its role in everyway but sneaky depression tactics. Like i wrote i think pkvk iii should go down too and my main issue is lack of consistency with changes overall. if you remove apds iv easily can go down way below iii.
I guess like Italian M42 now being same br as Wirbel is better example of gaijin stupid moves for low tier. M26 is obvious one for mid tier. Not moving some panthers while moving others is up there too. Same issue with changes for Ki-49s Yer-2s Pe-2s tigers list is getting pretty long.

Ok this is getting sad. You’ve already admitted the only reason you liked the 279 at it’s BR was because it was OP and could easily score a lot of kills before dying.
Unsure as to why the IS-3 had to be raised in BR, when its turret already has a hard enough time keeping up with the rest of its BR with its insanely slow reload. The armor is decent enough for its BR, I guess.
Turm III is a paper tank, that is easily oneshot through the turret, by any 20mm, or just a .50 cal from the side, and is just a higher BR stabilized Leopard 1 with a 30mm. It is a good tank, but it is FAR, FAR away from being anywhere near as problematic as the Obj279. The problem with the Turm III is the cut between stabilized and unstabilized tanks around 8.0/8.3, and you won’t be fixing that entirely with decompression either.
Also why is everybody always acting like they only ever fight +1.0 BR tanks, even in full uptiers, only 4 enemies will be at that BR. There are few exceptions like the 279 that are very problematic even when at +0.3 BR where there can be alot more of them bc they can wipe a whole lobby with its much too efficient side armor that makes even flanking it an RNG fest for 8.0-8.3 tanks.
But if something like a Turm III is the top BR, there’s literally 15 tanks on the enemy team that can oneshot it from any angle.
And why are the helicopters of the USSR (Mi-8 and others, which ATTENTION have a greater volley of fire than other helicopters at such a low rank?

Hearing the German main’s complain about their precious Tiger’s and Panther’s being up-tiered is a literal skill issue! How do you complain with a Long 7.5 CM or an 8.8 CM that will still pen most tanks anywhere! Learn weak points. Quit relying on your superior armor and guns. Get better.
