just like the person above explained before in this conversation, they just moved the sceptic tank that was 10.3 match-maker to 12.0 / 13.0 range. As to below 11.0 changes, Mirage IIIC with 35 g magics in 10.0 against like F-86K with AIM-9Bs doesn’t sound like fun for the sabre

yeah i’m flying a mig 19 rn and it really hasn’t gotton any better. the the harrier, su25, and a10 at least you can stay out of their range but the f8u has aim9ds, supersonic, and only 10.0 so is the a5c every game is still full uptiers

That’s why i said at last, why cant balancing based on their Specifications. If you want me correct the words than “why just cant let the same Generation planes fight each others”

Thinking about it, yeah, I’m a bit surprised that the Mirage IIIC (+ Shahak) and F-8U didn’t get touched in the BR changes. However, I don’t think they are even close to being as annoying as the A-10 and Su-25 spam. IMHO the F-104A and C are way more of an issue at that BR than the Mirage and Crusader anyways.
I’ve actually had a look through the different tech trees to see how many (or rather few) 9.0s there are ingame and well, there really aren’t that many, so it might not be that much of an issue.

i’ve been dying almost exclusively to f8us, jaguars, or a5cs every match. while yes there aren’t as many 9.0 planes gaijin still didn’t really achieve the purpose of this update
there was another option. Before targeting pod containers, the laser designator unit was mounted to the left of the co-pilot
True. Top tier wasn’t decompressed, but 9.0-10.3 was.
The game really did need decompression there, maybe now the F-104/Mig-19s can go to 9.7, and the Sabre/MiG-15 changes can be reverted.

it was NOT decompressed there all that much and do not move the mig-19 to 9.7 bro. at 9.3 it still faces an uptier almost every round and the f8u and mirage III are only 10.0, supersonic and get 18g missiles
YES! which, it is fine, if you not change in GRB but at least let Air battle can enjoyable. let say F4 again, I love F4 phantom. Its a great plane. But for now just unplayable. Like, now, what is the different that i take the prop plane against jet? Gen 3 vs Gen 4, man. HOW? Performance, Armament, Avionics, everything just not good as F16,F15,Su27. You bring them together just make people more stick with play Top Tier and throw the old planes into trash can. Every planes has their Highlights, it can be great plane in their generation/era.
Come on gaijin, make the old plane alive again, please. They not deserve like this.

Those are future changes that could be done. Now that all 10.3 aircraft are 10.7, the Mig-19, and f-104A can now be safely moved up to 9.7. This would then mean that Sabres and Mig-15s can go back to their old BRs, which decompresses 7.0-8.3.

going all the way from 13.0 up to 15.0 would utterly destroy the balance and they’d need months to get back to anything meaningful. They already went up 2 BR steps at once, which is very rare. We do need more decompression but it shouldn’t be rushed too much.
J-7E and F-5E being lower BR than the J35XS, what a joke. Makes me think you guys are about to add a new premium jet for Sweden and want to screw with the J35XS on purpose. hmmmm

No matter what the devs do, someone will always find something to nitpick. There is no universally positive thing possible.
They could literally get rid of module grinds and there would be people crying that it’s unfair they had to go through module grinds when others don’t have to anymore.
so you those 9.3s to face 30g missile slinging supersonics again in exchange for 7.0 to 8.3 being decompressed?
