Server Decadency

it has been like this 2 days straight, my internet connection is optimal since I’m using an ethernet network cable, so it is not a WiFi issue and my internet speed is working fine.

well, same for me, nothing wrong with my internet, but game looks like this xD
For the past two days I’ve been getting packet loss, which I’ve never had before. I’ve checked my internet connection several times — it’s not an issue on my end. It seems to be a server-side problem, especially since many people on the Steam Community forums are reporting the same issue.

We are in the middle of the first weekend of a grindy jet event . . . .
Weekends generally have more players online than weekdays.
The 45k requirement for each stage, also requires . . .
much more game play to get.
So, many players are jamming game after game to get there . .

All this combined seems to lead to things slowing down in the game.

But hey chat is working, it just takes time for any of the “Processing”
to get done . . . took me about 5 mins to activate 2 boosters . . .

I mean . . . it could be worse . . .

p.s I just got randomly logged out of the Forum while/during/after making this post, so . . .

Had game-breaking connectivity issues earlier today too:

And it’s not on my end. In the second replay my opponent just… flies straight into the ground and I was getting packetloss spikes as well.

Haven’t noticed any game server lag, but then I’ve avoided air games.
But, I’ve noticed the login server and hanger admin actions are taking a looong time to “process” for the past couple of days. You can definitely tell what actions are client side and what requires the sever to hit up a database for.

i didnt have big problems with packetloss but i had some more spikes of it than normal lately
and operations like switching what you are researching also took way longer than normal
