We have to get over the victim mentality and the “me me me” stuff. Those boosters don’t matter. The game gave them for free anyway. Waste of time for developers to figure who lost what and when
I wasn’t able to get into the game until ~6pm GMT yesterday, and couldn’t actually queue for a match till at least 8:30pm. The servers were down for way longer than 3 hours.
It may be unusual for you but compensation for issues should be fair and not the bare minimum (the issues lasted longer than 3 hours anyway)
If its hard for them figuring out what got lost, they need to improve their systems as getting logs for accounts in an online game should be one of the easiest things for “devs”

Ah yes, lets log some irrelevant boosters because couple people lose their nuts about something that 1. they got for free and 2. something that does not even matter a shit in practice.
Waste of computing power, waste of electricity, therefore increases pollution just to satisfy those 5 numbnuts. Maybe they should stop giving any boosters for free and make it purchase only product, those people who pay for boosters are therefore supporting the processing power used to log the boosters.

just because you don’t care doesn’t mean others should do the same. Given how lousy they are with compensations in all cases asking for fair handling instead of the bare minimum is the norm. Especially in direct comparisons to how similar cases are handled in a) other games published by Gaijin and b) by other F2P games with a similar monetization scheme.
Why are you guys complaining about compensation for boosters?
The game was unplayable for some people for an excess of 6 hours. That’s 2 - 3 times longer than most play on a given weekday, but we got given 3 hours compensation? Just refund everyone 1 day premium jesus.
We pay for premium, so i don’t think it’s too much to ask to give us back that premium we lost due to their bad server management.
Would be smart to keep paying customers happy, instead of this sh*t they are constantly doing.

Premiums are something you paid for. boosters are free and mostly irrelevant anyway. They wont refund boosters, this is a fact. they wont change anything because they have 2 people out of 200,000 players whining.

The effects of this attack are still ongoing. Half of the matches we can’t spawn for a long while. cutting our game time in half and we should be compensated with RP because that’s what it affects the most.

Did you stuck in the home screen of the game and it says Connection error 80130132 (or something like that)?
Well, the fact is it not my connection it’s the server. It’s not my connection that causes the entire team to not be able to spawn. This is new information; I didn’t know I host the NA servers.
