Serious packet loss and server disconnection warning

Hello, I am experiencing serious packet loss, especially when I encounter a close range enemy, it goes crazy and gives a server connection lost warning. I checked everything about my internet and there is no problem with my internet. I play on the EU server and I am getting serious packet loss and server connection lost errors.

I confirm that the EU server is currently experiencing ping and packet loss spikes. In every battle, at least a few players drive into walls or crash on takeoff. I suspect there may be network congestion near the physical location of the servers they rent. Gaijin continues to ignore the issue, despite numerous daily forum posts about it since the last patch dropped. From my experience, competent video game companies (Square Enix, for example) collaborate with local ISPs where their game servers are located to resolve such issues when they become widespread and players raise concerns on the forums. Gaijin, on the other hand, either pretends there is no issue or their support simply asks players to resolve it with their local ISP, which has no control over the network infrastructure outside their country.
