You can’t kill planes with 2x 8mms, at all. It’s next to impossible. Neither armoured cars.
Very low BR planes can also be killed with 7.7 mm guns like those of the M3 Stuart tank. The armored cars are almost untouchable by 8 mm but the open vehicles are not.
Currently the worst spaa in game have 4 machine guns at the very least. This doesn’t even meet that standard, not to mention that those machine gun spaa where added years ago, who knows if gajin would do something like that again.

The chance is like 10% or less. The 8 mm tickles aircraft at longer distances. Not almost, but completely untouchable. Open vehicles are quite rare.

+1 for Reserve AA. Truly the worst vehicle in the game, I love it.
