Search for more info on the 140mm Chinese APFSDS round (and cannon?)

G’day lads. I’ve had an image sitting in my files for some time, and it’s about potential proof about a tested Chinese 140mm APFSDS round. I do not know where it comes from

It appears that a document named GJB 3659-99 also possibly confirms the existence of a 140mm cannon

Additionally, an alleged photo of a real Chinese 140mm APFSDS shell exists. I’m not sure if it’s the same shell however

To clear misinfo, there is an alleged image of a ZTZ-99 with a 140mm, but its just a WZ123

Any information would be much appreciated, as info is very, very scarce

The ZTZ-99A-140 is more likely a fictional creation and not really a thing. The 140 mm, according to the second image is dedicated to an self-propelled gun system which is not under development.

I’m aware, that’s why I mentioned the 140mm ZTZ being just a normal WZ123. This is just a thread to collect info about the mentioned 140mm shell and possibly even cannon
