Issue: [Guys, i need some help, after this update, whenever I hover over the map use use my scroll wheel to zoom in or out, it pings where my mouse is hovering. I would like it not to do that, how do I solve this?]
[I have only played Air battles since the update but I have noticed it happen in both Air Realistic and Air RB]

+1 i have this exact same problem, also happens in ground battles. nothing in controls that i can find will change this, must be a bug.

Same issue. Something in the update added scroll wheel as a bind for pinging the map but can’t change it

Yes indeed same here also wasted my time looking for the cause, to no avail. Playing tanks and it is great as I am spotting enemies all over the shop! What could go wrong, great team play! LOL

Gaijin pls fix, it is really broken and theres no real way to fix it.
Same issue. Holding alt and scrolling will stop the ping but will spam the new aiming points all over the map.

It seems the issue is isolated to Linux users.

I would like all that suffer the issue to list the details of it in the thread and/or help elevate the issue so it gets fixed sooner…I hope that it does…
It’s Linux. They don’t bother to fix things unless it is actively stopping the software from running, and even then.
