Looks like it went for that huge cloud of chaff than the only actual target was the friendly.
That was too close to be firing radar missiles. Radar missiles go for the target that gives the best return. That can be anything within your radar’s cone and lobs.
Your radar is illuminating both the enemy and your teammate. Meaning the missile can track either of them.
