Technically if we count the Saaf gripen yes, SAAF had planned to buy MS20 but it was only mentioned in pass, the economy just doesn’t support them getting that upgrade for at least a decade or more rn.
Problem is the players, yes, somehow they don’t know that R-Darter is bugged and plays like older AIM-9D with bugged autopilot and in many cases, AMRAAM is better because of this.
So many people refuse to learn to play their vehicles and call them trash or bad. Its the same deal ive been having when trying to help players learn the F-35 WDNS recently, you need to know the equipment you have and how its gonna perform, people expect the vehicles to play like a basic turn fighter and overbleed their speed or expect the missiles to do everything.
Had someone tell me their 9J’s miss every shot and showed me they were trying to hit some crazy shots, its crazy people cant even see the lead their missile needs even in top tier lol
Stuff isn’t that different in top tier. If people dont learn their vehicle and its equipment of course they’ll do poorly. Its all about learning unfortunately people are stubborn

This is why Drakens and Mirage 2000s lost their edge, because people were turnfighting with them. Now you cant pull at high speeds at all.

In game they are identical, though our F-35’s never used 9N only 9N-2

9N’s are just a copy of the 9J as they have the 20G pull and 2.2s burn
The 9N-2 that it should have would get a low smoke motor with a 3.2s burn time, gaijin was just too lazy to add that to the F-35

IF they were buffed to the MK.IV standard then id support this change but given none of them use the correct radar i cant support this. Its a nerf without any historical buffs to a fighter thats already mishmashed. Using a MK.IV doc to nerf a radar that isn’t the MK.IV is silly
well it’s not stated what version it is in game. if it’s just gonna get ghosted like my mig-29 radar report it is what it is, but it can’t hurt to put a report in. its up to devs to decide
