EWS 39 is like other system like President-S or smth else. If the customer wants MAWS or low band antenna on his gripen, then he will have it.
Something the Gripen MAWS should do is determine if a radar or IR missile is launched and then deploy either flares or chaff as needed.

Yes, the threat ID tables are being correct to the symbology the RWR’s are capable of displaying.
Specific to Gripen marks, other airframes need their own reports but we can group by type for this.
Should any of the Tornado models in the game use the same RWR?
Tornados will be maintaining their full threat ID capabilities, regarding the exact unit we don’t have information on that, but the IDS marks are modelled after the British RWR from our Tornados.
So if the link can be placed with Gripen and Tornado for that I can make the case at a minimum the Gripen RWR should match the Tornado.
The closest we have so far is a link to the German Tornado.

Additional question, currently on live the JAS39C is marked as having the RWR “AR830” which is the RWR that the JAS39A used (as well as the first two batches of C), the 3’rd batch of JAS39C has the BOW-21. is the in game RWR on the C version supposed to be AR830 or is it misnamed/not known about the upgrade?

Do GR and IDS have the same RWR? I’m not sure how much they differ, but I’ve definitely come across information that they are not the same.
They are not, but only specifics of Gr RWR are known, so they are made after Gr.

It seems Gaijin isn’t interested in giving Italian F-16ADF its actual missiles, since Italian community has demanded for this for quite a long time.
Although recent “passed to developers” reminded me about missiles I want more)
